Place the Truline Dowel Cap onto each dowel and insert the dowels through the pre-punched round knock outs. Clip the dowel cap to a chaired support bar and grease half of the dowel length prior to puring the concrete. To allow the dowel to move freely within the slab it must be the section of dowel that the cap is applied to that is greased.
